  4. Women's Basic Safety Class

    Join Officer Lantz as she discusses strategies to help women protect themselves including working through your own personal boundaries, identifying ways to increase safety in your home, vehicle and online presence and planning for your response if you’re ever presented with a threat. This is a classroom based class that will not include any hands on fighting so the class is open to all ability levels. All ages are also welcome to attend, however, we do want to note that we will discuss sexual assault, rape and other extremely difficult topics so the material may not be appropriate for younger girls. Class will be held on Sat, March 30th from 8:30-10:30am at the Parker Police Department, 18600 E Lincoln Meadows Pkwy The class is free but participants must pre-register to attend.
