Fingerprint Services

Man getting his fingerprint digitally scanned

The Parker Police Department services nearly 200 individuals a month who need to be fingerprinted for job application requirements. Starting Monday, Sep 24, we will no longer be able to provide these services in response to Senate Bill 17-189, https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb17-189.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is implementing the Colorado Applicant Background Services (CABS) program. The CBI awarded two contracts allowing third party vendors to electronically print and submit noncriminal applicant fingerprints for the State. The vendors who were awarded contracts to participate in the CABS program are Idemia and American BioIdentity.

For more information about the CABS program or where to go for applicant services visit the CBI Employment and Background Checks website here: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cbi/employment-background-checks
