Legend Unified Basketball Takes on the Parker Police Department

The Parker Police Department looks to end a two game losing streak to the Legend High School Unified Basketball Team Thursday night at the Legend Coliseum. Last year, hundreds of students, parents and Parker residents came out to cheer on the Legend Unified athletes as they beat the PPD squad 41-32.

Tickets to this amazing community event cost $3 or $5 and all proceeds benefit Legend High School Unified Athletics. This year, there will be prizes raffled off to everyone who buys a ticket to the game. A $3 ticket enters you into the small raffle and $5 enters you into the large raffle. The prizes include Chicken Shack gift cards, AMC Movie gift cards, floor seats to a Denver Nuggets game and much more.

The Legend Unified Basketball Team competes every week against other area unified teams in the Denver metro area. Unified sports were developed to promote athletic participation for special needs students.
