Murder Suspect Arrested

Kyle Alexander Gingles (10/15/95) was arrested and booked on Second Degree Murder and First Degree Assault charges.

Shortly before 7:00 p.m. last night, August 4, Parker Police Officers responded to a fight in progress in the 8400 block of S. Rabbitbrush Way. When Officers and Paramedics arrived on scene, the victim had been stabbed and was laying on the ground. He was rushed to a local area hospital where he died. Witnesses stated two suspects fled the scene following the fight.

The Douglas County Impact team responded to the suspects’ residence, where they were arrested at approximately 10:45 p.m. without incident.

Kyle Gingles was booked into the Douglas County Jail early this morning. The second suspect was arrested and later released pending further investigation.

Incidents leading up to the stabbing are still under investigation.
